“Old-Time” Exercises Get Great Results

I was interviewed for a recent article in the New York Times about how “old” types of exercise are new again. The reporter and I discussed boot camps, calisthenics, kettle bells, medicine balls and a variety of current tools and techniques. The nation is catching on to what we’ve been doing at our studio for years – using the body as primary resistance and mimicking traditional work movements to get a functional, effective workout.
